One of the questions I hear most often is:
“How do I know if it’s my intuition… or just fear?”
It’s such a wise question.
Because when we’re navigating change, especially change that feels big or unfamiliar, both can show up loud.
Fear often feels urgent.
It wants answers. Certainty. A plan.
It can sound smart, protective, even strategic.
Intuition, by contrast, is quieter.
It doesn’t shout. It doesn’t push.
It speaks in the language of resonance, not logic.
It arises like:
- “I don’t know why, but this feels right.”
- “This idea keeps circling back.”
- “My body softens when I think about this path.”
The tricky part is… fear can masquerade as intuition.
And intuition can feel inconvenient, illogical, or unclear, especially in a world that prizes speed and certainty.
But there is a way to tell them apart.
In my free live Masterclass — Embracing Change Through Intuition — we explore exactly this.
We’ll look at
- what your intituion is and what it isn’t.
- how to listen and trust it and
- how your intuition actually works in your daily life (hint- it’s not the same for everyone).
Together we’ll untangle the layers of myth and mental noise.
And we’ll practice coming home to the place inside you that already knows.
If you’re facing a decision or standing at a crossroads or in a season of change, this session is for you.
