When we look out at our world, so much seems uncertain.

We are in a time of flux and new pressures are being placed upon our families, our finances and feelings of wellbeing.

Whether it’s our work life, our relationships, a desire to build something new or end something old, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or not know what next steps to take.

In our 10 supportive sessions we will explore:-

– how we personally respond to change
– how to create healthy new habits and
– ways to create feelings of calm, clarity and well-being as we journey through our life – whatever the circumstances.

Our weekly program will consist of small, intimate and live group gatherings. Together we will enquire, learn, share and grow using tools including reflection, writing and guided meditation.

ABOUT ME

I am Chandu, your facilitator and guide and I’ve been leading groups and working in supportive roles with women for 25 years.
In my own practice as a coach, mentor, educator and facilitator I help women:
– develop clarity around who they are and what they want
– take courageous steps forward and
– make long-term sustainable change in their work life, relationships, creative and spiritual journeys.

 

If you’re feeling a little like you’ve lost sight of who you are or wonder what your future might hold the Inner Pilgrim Program can help you.

It can be hard to feel calm, clear and inspired about where you’re at and where you’re heading when your energy is low and your attention is being pulled in different directions.
